The Frother that includes in the Trial Package that I bought did not work after 2x of usage. I immediately contact them & raised my concern thru their Website. Even if it is Friday when I sent my concern, and their working days are only Weekdays. Surprisingly, they responded to me on a Saturday & without questions ask, they replaced my Frother. Arranged the item for shipping on Sunday and out by Monday. I received my Frother after 2days and I'm back with making my own Matcha Latte. It's my 2nd wk now of drinking their Ceremonial Grade Matcha mixing with Almond Milk & Agave Syrup as sweetener. Usually I drink this in the morning. I am a Coffee Lover but for these passed months I observed that the effect of Coffee to me is not ok anymore, I feel cloudy & cannot focus at work. So I decided to shift to drinking Matcha & I found Crafti at my Facebook Newsfeed. Since they offer a Trial Package with reasonable price, with Frother, Spatula, & freebies, I have decided to purchased & subscribe to their monthly supply. And I dont regret shifting to Matcha. It makes my mind Calm throughout the day, I can focus more on work now, I dont feel dizzy or I dont had any palpitation. I will continue my monthly subscription to them.

I’ve been a subscriber to the Signature Matcha for a few months now, and i have been enjoying every sip of it. I love the quiet routines making my matcha and slow-sipping it almost every day. The calm focus that i get from it throws coffee right out of the park.
But then this Hojicha came along. I knew i had to try it. I love the matcha a lot but i couldn’t drink it in the evenings when i want to wind down. The hojicha filled that spot perfectly. That roasty, nutty flavour that pairs perfectly with some good quality milk, sweetened ever so slightly, just enough to bring out the rich and velvety taste of the Hojicha.. blew my mind in the calmest way possible, thanks to its super low caffeine content. It has become my new evening routine. 10/10 would recommend!
