I was drawn to crafti by the advertisements, The matcha is nice and easy to make. I enjoyed the drink and is cheaper to make at home than have it in the cafe. Taste cafe quality! Thumbs up!

Frother Replacement

Really appreciate the quick response by the service team with a replacement frother. The initial frother was hard to operate and non-functioning within a few uses.
However, like the other reviewer, the replacement was good to use for sometime but recently having problem again. The feother is unpredictable and Its quite disappointing if I can't use it n my matcha is already prepared for mixing and enjoying.
Understand the Crafti team is working on a better one, but will it be replaced for us as complimentary?

Good Matcha Taste and Excellent Customer Service

The matcha was very good quality, and while there were some issues with the hardware the team’s service recovery was prompt, friendly and reasonable. It was obvious that they went out of their way to ensure the experience was a good one.

Very rich and creamy in taste. I love to drink as green tea latte. Depending on the mood, I add honey when i’m craving for sweet!

Great Customer Service, but Disappointing Product Quality

I really wanted to give 5 stars because the customer service was excellent. This is the second frother I've had from them. I bought the first one, but it stopped working after just three uses. When I reached out via email, they kindly replaced it for free, which really impressed me. However, the replacement frother also stopped working after just two uses. So, while I’m happy with the customer service, I’m disappointed with the product quality.
